| It's possible people will come here as a result of seeing my comments on Gallaudet-related Xanga posts. This is not where I make my home on the web...that is here. But to tell you who I am...I consider myself "a friend of Gallaudet." I am a professional, certified interpreter in Fairfax County, VA. I have taken some night classes at Gallaudet, and some workshops. To be honest, I have been in love with Gallaudet my whole life...I used to want to be a janitor there just so I could be on campus! Now that Gallaudet has re-established the Bachelor's in Interpreting program, I am hoping to apply as a HUGS (hearing undergraduate) student for the fall of 2007. I attended Western Maryland College from 1997-1998 but I never finished my degree, and I'd love to get it at Gallaudet. Even with all the protests, the mayhem, the divisive factors, the chaos...I still love Gallaudet. |

| Whoa - I forgot I had this thing. I gave up on the JS journal a
while back. I'm still chugging away on my MT site and mirroring
that on LJ. I do use WordPress for my diet blog though. |
